The arrangement, angle, quantity and aperture of the water outlet nozzle will also directly affect the water outlet experience of the shower. Because the internal structure is invisible, the arrangement of water outlet nozzles cannot be quantitatively evaluated. Here, we focus on the aperture and quantity of water outlet nozzles.
Number of outlet nozzles: under the same shower diameter, if the number of outlet nozzles is too small, it can be pressurized better, but the cleaning area is small or it is easy to have a large range of hollow water column, which affects the cleaning effect of the shower. If there are many water outlet holes, either the design of the water outlet hole is very small, such as below 0.3, otherwise it is easy to have weak water outlet, which will also affect the cleaning effect. In addition, when the outlet water hole is less than 0.3mm, it can only be directly covered, so it is difficult to design a soft glue nozzle. In this case, the water quality is too hard, it is easy to block the nozzle, and it is troublesome to clean. Therefore, the number and arrangement angle of water outlet nozzles need to be reasonably designed in combination with the diameter of surface cover, so as to ensure sufficient water outlet area and good water outlet strength.
Outlet nozzle aperture: at present, the mainstream aperture on the market can be divided into three types
1. The diameter of the water outlet nozzle is more than 1.0mm. The soft rubber water nozzle: the diameter of this specification is common in traditional sprinklers, which can be defined as large water spray. Some manufacturers will have larger water spray, such as Hans Geya’s flying rain and rain, and the spray will be larger. When the water pressure in the house is relatively high, the water from the shower with poor structural design will be heavy on the body, and some will have a tingling feeling. In this state, the bathing experience is very bad, especially the children with delicate skin will feel uncomfortable. However, the shower with excellent design is full of water, and the cleaning and coating are in place, which is very easy to use for those who like large flow shower; However, when the water pressure is small, the water outlet of the shower with large aperture will be relatively soft and weak, the spraying distance is short, and the shower experience is very general. The advantages of this kind of soft rubber nozzle with large aperture: it is relatively not easy to block. If there is blockage, it can be solved by rubbing the soft rubber nozzle. The disadvantage is that the outlet aperture is relatively large, the outlet will be relatively weak and use more water; In addition, the number of water outlet holes arranged on the shower head surface with the same diameter is relatively small. In this case, the coverage spray density for cleaning will be sparse, and sometimes the cleaning efficiency will be slow and water consumption will be high.
2. Very fine hard hole water nozzle with an outlet hole diameter of less than 0.3mm: this kind of specification aperture shower can be defined as very fine water spray. It is common to see the following Japanese very fine shower set and the very fine shower with stainless steel cover. The aperture is generally 0.3mm. The outlet hole is very fine, which can play a good pressurization effect and better solve the problem of low water pressure. However, the disadvantages of this kind of shower are also obvious. The very fine hard hole nozzle is easy to be blocked, especially in areas with hard water quality in China, such as the north. Under normal use, one-third of the outlet nozzle (measured use) may be blocked within a month. It is very inconvenient to clean up after blocking. The advantage of this kind of shower head is that the outlet hole diameter is relatively small, and there will be more outlet holes for the shower with the same diameter. When there are many outlet columns, the coverage density of cleaning will be higher, and the cleaning efficiency will be higher while saving water and pressurizing.
3. Water outlet nozzle with aperture of 0.4-0.5mm soft rubber water nozzle: this kind of specification aperture sprinkler can be defined as fine water spray, which is basically newly developed and launched in recent years. The aperture is generally about 0.4mm, much thinner than the 1.0mm large water spray, which can play a good pressurization effect. At the same time, the nozzle adopts silica gel, and the aperture is relatively large (compared with the 0.3mm very fine water spray), It is not easy to block the hole and easy to clean. If there is blockage, it can be solved by rubbing. This kind of shower is the mainstream shower type at present, and the water outlet effect is generally good. However, to design a shower with both good pressurization and soft water experience, R & D personnel need to have excellent design ability and rich practical design experience.
