1、 What is a toilet angle valve

The main purpose of the toilet angle valve is to improve the function of controlling the water inlet and outlet pressure and closing the water inlet of the toilet, and it is convenient to clean the toilet with a spray gun! The common material of toilet angle valve is that the main part of the angle valve is made of pure copper, the water inlet pipe is 304 stainless steel, including EO pipe, and the spray gun and base are made of ABS engineering plastic. Generally, they are equipped with separate stainless steel decorative cover! After using the spray gun every time, be sure to turn off the corresponding water inlet angle valve to prevent the water pipe and spray gun from being damaged due to the high pressure of tap water at night, resulting in tap water leakage!
2、 Installation points of toilet angle valve
Toilet angle valve position – position: generally, the angle valve is installed on the wall 200mm above the ground on the side of the toilet. For this kind of high back toilet, the angle valve is installed on the back of the toilet and is blocked by the toilet after installation. In order to facilitate maintenance, the manufacturer takes these reasons into account during production, and generally has a maintenance hole at the lower part of the toilet. During maintenance, you can enter the internal switch inlet angle valve from the maintenance hole, or open the water tank cover from the upper part of the water tank for maintenance, or remove the whole set of products for maintenance.
How to install the toilet angle valve?
1、 Add a sealing rubber ring between the screw threaded interface and the angle valve interface, and then connect and tighten the angle valve and the threaded interface. Be careful not to mix the water inlet and outlet.
2、 Put a nut on the upper end of the downcomer and then an inclined rubber ring with the mouth upward. If the following water pipes are stainless steel pipes or plastic pipes, they shall be equipped with thick inclined rubber rings. If one inch galvanized pipes are selected, they shall be equipped with thin inclined rubber rings. Put the upper end of the down pipe into the hole at the lower end of the angle valve, and then connect it. Pay attention to tighten it. Put a urinal sealing rubber sleeve at the lower end of the down pipe, and then connect it with the head end of the bedpan.
Precautions for installation of toilet angle valve:
1. Where the raw material belt should not be wrapped, wrap the raw material belt violently: the more it is wrapped around the place where the wire is connected to the hose and the two ends of the shower hose, the more water will leak.
2. Careless leak test: there was no leak at that time, and more observation should be made after that. The water is OK, especially the gas. The gas pipeline should be brushed on the connectors and joints with soapy water, and the bubbles should be handled in time.
3. There are few places to wrap the raw material belt: it feels like it’s almost wrapped in three or five circles, and the result is always leaking.
4. The hose (braided hose and corrugated hose) is subjected to unnatural force and unnatural bending: the hose joint cannot be bent within 5cm, cannot be bent, and cannot be in a state of constant stress. Under these conditions, the service life of the hose will be greatly reduced.
5. Screw thread is too fierce: if you screw it with the strength of sucking without scruples, it is likely to break the screw thread or crack the pipe. When using a raw material belt or a rubber pad, be sure to twist it vigorously. As long as you feel it on your hand, it will not leak. Be sure not to operate savagely.
