In this way, it is easy to corrode the cabinet door, resulting in the deformation of the cabinet door and shortening the service life; There is also a kind of poor quality hinge, which is generally welded from thin iron sheet and has little resilience. If it is used for a long time, it will lose elasticity, resulting in the cabinet door not being closed tightly, or even cracking, the cabinet door collapsing, and the two cabinet doors fighting, resulting in noise. Imported hinges such as heitisch and Blum do not have these problems. So when some customers asked me about the 304 stainless steel hinge, I made it clear that there is no hinge completely made of 304 stainless steel on the market. Maybe its main body surface is made of 304 stainless steel, but its connecting pieces, rivets and hydraulic cylinders must be made of cold-rolled steel. Because cold rolled steel is harder than stainless steel. If you don’t believe it, you can buy any 304 stainless steel on the market and try it. As long as you suck it with a magnet, you can know. Any hinge has a long life. Don’t think that stainless steel hinges can be permanently rustless. We should pay attention to the current use feeling.
In addition, we can weigh the weight of the hinge. According to the weight of the hinge, you can probably distinguish between good and bad hinges. The weight of high-end hinges is generally 100 grams or more, the weight of middle-end hinges is about 80 grams to 90 grams, and the weight of poor hinges is about 35 grams. Generally, it is recommended to choose the ones with more emphasis on weight and good stability. But it is not absolute.
