Air injection technology can be said to be the representative of water-saving technology. How does it work? The air injection technology sucks air in a large area through the spray plate and injects it into the water. The resulting air pressurization technology makes the water flow softer and reduces the water consumption. At the same time, air is mixed in the water, and the water output is also guaranteed stably.

In addition to the internal channel structure, the arrangement, angle, quantity and aperture of the outlet nozzle will also directly affect the outlet of the shower. Another water-saving way of shower is the surface of the water, that is, the surface of the shower. The technical content is high, which tests the product design and R & D ability.

 

Number of outlet nozzles: under the same shower diameter, if the number of outlet nozzles is too small, it can be pressurized better, but the cleaning area is small or it is easy to have a large range of hollow water column, which affects the cleaning effect of the shower. If there are many water outlet holes, either the design of the water outlet hole is very small, such as below 0.3, otherwise it is easy to have weak water outlet, which will also affect the cleaning effect. In addition, when the outlet water hole is less than 0.3mm, it can only be directly covered, so it is difficult to design a soft glue nozzle. In this case, the water quality is too hard, it is easy to block the nozzle, and it is troublesome to clean. Therefore, the number and arrangement angle of water outlet nozzles need to be reasonably designed in combination with the diameter of surface cover, so as to ensure sufficient water outlet area and good water outlet strength.

Outlet nozzle aperture: at present, the mainstream aperture on the market can be divided into three types

  1. Soft rubber faucets with an aperture of more than 1.0mm: the aperture of this specification is common with traditional showers, which can be defined as large water spray, and some manufacturers will have larger water spray, such as Hans Geya’s flying rain and rain, and the spray will be larger. When the water pressure in the house is relatively high, the water from the shower with poor structural design will be heavy on the body, and some will have a tingling feeling. The advantages of this kind of soft rubber nozzle with large aperture: it is relatively not easy to block. If there is blockage, it can be solved by rubbing the soft rubber nozzle. The disadvantage is that the outlet aperture is relatively large, the outlet will be relatively weak and use more water; In addition, the number of water outlet holes arranged on the sprinkler surface with the same diameter is relatively small. In this case, the coverage spray density for cleaning will be sparse, and sometimes the cleaning efficiency will be slow and water consumption will be high.
  2. Very fine hard hole water nozzle with outlet hole diameter less than 0.3mm: this kind of specification aperture shower can be defined as very fine water spray. It is common to see the following Japanese very fine shower and the very fine shower with stainless steel cover. The aperture is generally 0.3mm. The outlet hole is very fine, which can play a good pressurization effect and better solve the problem of low water pressure. However, the disadvantages of this kind of shower are also obvious. The very fine hard hole nozzle is easy to be blocked, especially in areas with hard water quality in China, such as the north, under normal use, One third of the water outlet nozzles (actually used) may be blocked within a month, and it is very inconvenient to clean them after blocking. The advantage of this kind of shower is that the water outlet aperture is relatively small, and there will be more water outlet holes of the shower with the same diameter. When there are many water columns, the coverage density of cleaning will be higher, and the cleaning efficiency will be higher while saving water and pressurizing.
