Sawing or planing will not cause much damage to the structure of the wood itself, and the integrity of the floor is preserved.
Due to the relatively thinner requirements for wood, the multi-layer solid wood floor generally adopts the rotary cutting process. The connection between cells is damaged after the rotary cutting, and the structure of the wood itself is also changed. 3、 Different stability
The core materials of the three-layer solid wood floor and the multi-layer solid wood floor are both composed of crisscross arrangement, and their wood fibers are arranged in a network and stacked, with strong stability.
However, the core material of the three-layer solid wood floor is made by sawing process, and pure natural wood is selected. In terms of material selection, there are high requirements for wood age and quality. The more high-quality wood, the stronger its stability.
The core material of the multi-layer solid wood floor is made by rotary cutting. The material selection requirements for the core material are not as high as those of the three layers. Generally, multi-layer veneer adhesive is used. Therefore, the stability of the three-layer solid wood floor and the multi-layer solid wood floor is also different.
4、 Different degrees of environmental protection
In the home environment, the harm of formaldehyde is the most intuitive. The quality and content of adhesives in wood flooring are the key issues affecting environmental protection.
Three layer and multi-layer solid wood flooring, from the literal meaning, it is obvious that multi-layer solid wood flooring has more wood layers than three-layer solid wood flooring.
Adhesive is required between each base material to form a complete floor. If the adhesive of the same environmental protection grade is used, the less the number of layers, the less the adhesive used, and the less the adhesive used, the better the environmental protection of the floor.

5、 Different splicing process

The core material of the three-layer solid wood floor is composed of thick solid wood strips, and the middle layer of the multi-layer solid wood floor is mostly made of multi-layer thin solid wood single piece glued. Therefore, the three-layer solid wood floor is more convenient to be slotted into a lock structure, and the multi-layer solid wood floor is more flat buckle.
